Website security notice – 21–23 July 2026

Between 21 and early 23 July 2026, some visitors to prophesee.ai may have encountered a fraudulent verification prompt asking them to execute a command on their device.

The incident resulted from the exploitation of a newly disclosed critical vulnerability affecting WordPress websites. The malicious code has been removed, the vulnerability has been patched, and the website has been fully restored. prophesee.ai is safe to access and use. Monitoring remains in place as an additional precaution.

No action is required if you did not execute the command.

If you did execute it:

• on a work device, contact your organisation’s IT or cybersecurity team;

• on a personal device, stop using it for sensitive activities and have it checked by a qualified technician or trusted security service.
